Best times and friendships crystalize in chlorinated water. . .skills to last a liftime. . .swimming muscle never go away completely and only take a few months to rejuvenate. . .you just have to get through the first 200 yards. . .after that its all good. . .my daily work out is a 500 warm up holding 1:25.00 easy, a 2000 kick with fins. 5X200 pull with paddles and pull buoy breathing 3,5,7 and 3 a 200 kick with fins on my back with back stroke drills and a 500 doing eithe 10 50s or 5 100s. . .no meds no cholesterol no problems
