I had a physical scheduled at the end of the month, and I decided to swim an hour a day for the month and see what the results would be.

All in All, I lost 25 lbs and with the new body I was able to parlait that into being physically able to surf again. 

I still swim 5-7 hours a week and have some cool helpful information to share.
